I guess I could post something...

Sorry its been about a week. I was going to start blogging more often, but I just kept forgetting. So, lets see. I've been working at boston's for a while now. Its okay. I've only worked there 4 days so far I think. I've been working there 3 weeks. :P I have to work sunday again. Thats pretty much the only day I work. My paycheck was enough to buy the rest of Aaron's families xmas gifts. All I'll have left is Rachel and Aaron. Rachel I will buy yours after this sunday, if I make enough money. It may be late though, because I won't get to send it until Tuesday or so. If I can't afford it right then, then I will buy it later and send it back with bryce. Sorry. :( You were all early, and I am all late. :P Anyways, Aaron's gift I can pay for later they said at work. I'm going to get his snowmachine hood painted.

I had two things to do this morning. I had a employee meeting at bostons that was boring except for the bartender's daughter. She is adorable. Then I had to run to Chaz because I forgot to do something REALLY important on friday. I didn't clock in and just called a few people to remind them to drop off their vehicles. Then Aaron and I went to lunch at Red Robins. I'm going to go shopping for his dad's and sister's xmas gifts after he goes to work.

Thats about it, I think. I can't really think of anything else that I need to say. Oh well, talk to everyone later.

Two Jobs, Two Study Circles, and I'm still bored!

Sorry its been so long since I posted. I just usually play video games during my free time, instead of doing stuff I should be doing. I'm getting bored from the games I've been playing though, so now I hopefully won't get addicted to something else distracting. LOL!

So, like the title says, I have 2 jobs now. I work at Chaz during the daytime (7:30-5:30 with a 2 hour lunch). I work at Boston's at least Sundays. I worked one thursday so far, and I was scheduled for this last wednesday but I had a study circle so I couldn't work. I told them that if they couldn't find anyone else, I could do it this week, but never after. They found someone else to work. I felt bad and didn't want them to think I wasn't a good person to have around cause I wasn't available, but they didn't seme to care. Thats good, because Study Circles are important to me.

I also am in two study circles. For those of you that don't know what a study circle is, "Study circles are regular gatherings of people interested in an in-depth and systematic study of the Baha'i Writings. The purpose of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of the Holy Word, to comprehend its meanings and to find ways to apply the Word to our lives through spiritual transformation and service to humanity. " I took that from a website about it, because its a better explanation than I could give.

The first one that I am in is on Monday nights. It is Book 4, which is about learning how to give presenations on the life of The Bab and Baha'u'llah. (If you have questions about who they are, feel free to ask me.) Its a good group, only 5 of us. Its not my favorite book because history has never been my thing, but I really like the group. The second one is Book 5 on Wednesdays, which is learning how to animate junior youth study circles. I really like to material in this class. Its really interesting to me. So far, its been about how we want the junior youth to come out of the study circles. Its really helped me in my own life, because it reminds me about the standards God has for me.

Sadly, I'm still bored the other nights. I have friday nights, all day saturday, some time on sunday, tuesday nights and sometimes thursday nights all free. I know for some people that doesn't sound like much, but it adds up. I want some social interaction. I don't really have many friends my age here. Of the Baha'is there are only a few Baha'i youth that I know well enough to hang out with, and people at Chaz are either older, or we aren't friends enough yet to hang out.

Luckily, we hung out with spencer (Aaron's friend) tonight. I invited him and his girlfriend to dinner, but she had to work, so he came alone. He seemed to feel the same as Aaron does about not going to do anything, but his girlfriend, he mentioned, always wants to hang out, like I do. I just always assumed that since they grew up in the valley they had a bunch of friends already. I guess she always bugs spencer to go hang out. Aaron said he had some fun, so I might invite them all to my house for dinner, or to something else, when they are both free.

After Spencer left, Aaron and I rented Family Guy, and while we were watching it, I was looking at this catalog, that I thought was a victoria secret catalog, but clothes. It turns out it was a Body Central catalog. They have this awesome fake suede jacket for like $34 (40 with shipping). They have another one thats bigger and for only $80. They both look pretty warm (not like winter gear warm, but warm enough for anchorage weather. I'm really excited. After work tomorrow I think I'm going to buy one. The jacket I have been wearing all the time is my leather jacket. Its not very warm though. :P This one look totally hip and is an awesome price. I am going to add some new pictures to my shutterfly pictures. Mostly of my old cat marie. My brother and his wife have her, but I'm going to steal all their pictures and put them on there. I told Aaron I want a camera for christmas (digital) because I love taking photos. Speaking of christmas gifts, I've already bought Aaron's mom and sister and Bryce Xmas gifts. I still have to buys Rachel's, Aaron's and his Dad's. After that, i'm saving up to pay my dad back with my extra job money. Also, in about February or March, after I pay my dad back, I'm going to get a cat or a dog. Votes on which? I want a dog usually, because I haven't ever had my own dog, and I really like dogs and they are very interactive. I want a cat because every time I look at Marie, I miss her and want another cat, and they are very low matenience. So, VOTE TODAY! LOL!
